Evidence Based Observations have transformed the culture of our school. The programme has opened up classrooms, promoted conversations around data, made teachers more reflective, made deficit theorising unacceptable and teacher goal setting more meaningful.
Evidence Based Observations have brought relationships to the forefront with teachers actively planning for opportunities to provide culturally appropriate contexts for students. It has allowed students to bring their own cultural and learning experiences into the classroom.
